You may be asked to provide your Commercial Registration, IBAN certificate, business contact details, logo, service menu, and operating area. Some documents may be optional during initial registration but required before activation. Yes. ONGO allows you to accept instant and scheduled customer requests. You have full access to a scheduling dashboard to manage your reservations in advance. Within a 15-minute drive from your car wash unit's location. This saves driving time and resources, and ensures partners arrive on time. ONGO may use distance, timing, and service capacity to match customers with suitable partners.في نطاق مسافة لا تتجاوز 15 دقيقة قيادة من موقع وحدتك. وذلك لتوفير وقت القيادة والموارد، وضمان وصول الشركاء في الوقت المحدد. قد تستخدم ONGO المسافة والتوقيت وطاقة الخدمة لمطابقة العملاء مع الشركاء المناسبين.

ONGO's cancellation policy protects partners. Late cancellations (beyond 5 mins of booking) and no-shows incur a penalty to the customer, a portion of which is passed to you as compensation. ONGO will start with clear standard packages to make booking easier for customers.
